We want you to love what you ordered. If something doesn't work, here's how returns work at She Shapes.
Return window
30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition
You can try it on. That's what it's there for.
Returns are accepted if the piece is unworn and unwashed — trying on counts as worn only if it goes beyond a normal fitting.
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn for an extended period or washed.
If an item is returned with make-up stains, odours, or other damage that significantly reduces its value, we reserve the right to deduct 20–50% of the item value depending on the condition. In severe cases, we may decline the return entirely.
Packaging
Original packaging is not required.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — She Shapes is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.
We do not offer store credit.
How to return
Write to us at hello@she-shapes.com before sending your return. Include your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address.
