Your bust measurement
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, tape parallel to the floor. Wear an unpadded bra or no bra.
Bust circumference
Snug but not tight - two fingers should slide comfortably under the tape.
Your waist measurement
Measure around your natural waist - the narrowest part, about 2–3 cm above your belly button.
Waist circumference
Stand naturally, breathe out gently. Don't suck in!
